Kings has a Double French Door overlooking Pine trees to the South, plus a semi-private but occasionally public outdoor portico courtyard type area. Very rarely is that area used. But, King’s has something not all rooms have. A Flat Screen in the Bathroom, and another larger one in the bedroom. A chandelier in the bathroom, just past some of the coolest double french doors (custom built) inside the stone arch that leads to two separated and private areas inside your private marble stone bathroom with heated floors! 430 square feet.
