Ok,, I’m here right now , unfortunately so is the rain.But that’s ok,within 1.5 hlocks right down the road easy walking distance.There are 2 dispensaries a Family Dollar and I thinkaCVS also several restaurants of various cost and cuisine.Rhode Island Street itself.is a little trashy in a Bourdain kinda way .But the neighborhood this property sits on is beautiful and probably pricy.Hated the weather ,the transit systems take a little getting used to but the Green Room was great it’s nicer than the pictures.If you stay just text Tene and she will answer right back.I recommend this it’s nice and close enough to everything
