Welcome to boho vibes, comfy beds & a plethora of plant life up in the loft of a Goldsmith Studio. You will be inspired by @thedentoronto’s Enchanted Garden Room. A cozy spot for couples, solo adventurers & gurus. (this loft room has a 5foot-2inches ceiling )

We are close to The Junction Stockyards. North of Direct Energy Center, Canada Place & Festival Grounds.
NO Minors, 420 friendly property.

The SPACE
Bright and spacious Goldsmith Studio created by resident artists from a mechanics garage. The studio has tall ceilings with several large picture windows and sunlight keeping the space green and lush. There are 3 rooms all available on Air B&B with your host Kristin as a full-time resident.

The GARDEN ROOM has two queen size beds along with ample room for your bags. (Also listed as a shared room if looking for more dates) (contact first for booking groups up to 5-6). The ceiling clearance is 5’2″.
**UPDATE – We have removed the table seen in some photos and put in a couch.

The fully equipped shared kitchenette includes a private mini-fridge for each room, a microwave, toaster, coffeemaker and is fully stocked with dishes, and a kitchen table to eat on.

The washroom has a tub & shower with great water pressure and is stocked with linens, soaps, and a hairdryer.

PETS = ANOTHER BODY $35/night
We can work with small dogs if they are crate trained for when you are not home ( must inquire before booking as we do have a dog and parrots on-site).

Please contact us first for 3-4 guests
we need to make sure there is room for you and your guests to use the main couch as a 3rd bed.

DUE TO COVID

*We will require you to disclose your previous travel and health. *You must answer all covid related questions and provide any documentation as regulated by health canada such as and not limited to vaccination status and results of a resent covid test.

*If you are coming off a plane showers and a change of clothes upon arrival is required. We are not accepting international travelers in this room at this time.

GUEST ACCESS

Main floor access only.
All other bedrooms are off-limits along with the basement and tool room.
Studio & equipment is to be only in use only under supervision.
DO NOT TOUCH THE JEWELLER WORK BENCHES

However, Feel at home in the rest of this 1500sq/ft space. For extra convenience, there is free Wi-Fi, CROME tv connection, and Netflix access. Coin laundry is available two doors down, and FREE street parking is available overnight along Davenport Rd.

OTHER

We have a dedicated maid she is on Thursdays.

Workshops are run on weekends we ask that no major cooking endeavours are happening during our workshops and that clothing outside of your room is fully covered to keep the space professional during business hours. (That now includes Masks aswell)

There are video cameras in the main area and outside for the safety and mutual respect of the space.

The Municipal Government now requires us to apply HST to short-term rental (STR) accommodation effective July 1, 2021. These supplies are short-term accommodation, that is, a rental of a residential complex, a residential unit, or part of a unit to a person for a period of less than 27 days. Accordingly, The applicable HST will be 13% for short-term accommodation situated in Ontario.

– COVID restrictions will also apply as the government requests at the time: (not limited to masks and recent covid test or vaccination records )
– Government ID also required to confirm your booking when onsite
