???? Our “Sunnyside Compound” property is a fun, spacious 6bd/4ba smart-home which can sleep up to 20 guests. Rates are based on occupancy, which includes anyone who will be entering the property at any point during your stay. We welcome non-advertised, private events as long as they are approved prior to booking.

Cannabis is OK as long as it’s consumed responsibly and does not cause any nuisance to neighbors or damage to the property or furnishings.

Pets are strictly prohibited.

Please remove your shoes before entering my home.

Additional fees will be assessed if any of my house rules are broken.

REQUIREMENTS:

Responsible party must be 21+ with valid government-issued ID.

Must have valid credit/debit card which matches the name on the ID.

Additional guests who enter the property but are unaccounted for on the reservation are subject to a fee of up to $250/person per occurrence.

LIABILITY DISCLOSURE:

By renting the house, guests accept full responsibility for the property and all furniture/assets throughout your stay.
