My home is cannabis friendly when smoking on the smaller outside patio only. Cannabis is not federally legal for adult-use in Canada until 2018, so no cannabis products will be provided by me out of respect for the law. I’m also very clean and take fantastic care of my home; I request all guests to understand this – please, no dirty, sloppy stoners.

You’ll have the entire apartment to yourself. Park your car underground while you stay downtown Vancouver in the culturally diverse Chinatown.

This small apartment has two patios and is within easy walking to many restaurants, the seawall, sky train stations, parks, banks, bars, cafes, Gastown, Yaletown, Olympic Village and more.

The smaller patio is more private and this is where smoking of cannabis products is permitted until federal adult-legal legalization happens in 2018. Until then, I want to respect the law and neighbours who may not be 420 friendly. The smaller patio is still super awesome and is where I love to smoke my j’s and bong hits.

This apartment is fully furnished including a Vitamix & Endy Mattress.

Culturally in Vancouver we don’t build air conditioning into apartments. If you must have air conditioning, then hotels will be your best choice.

This one bedroom apartment is in a brand new 2016 concrete high-rise built by Westbank – the Vancouver developer Westbank who is Canadas leading luxury residential and mixed-use real estate development company. They practice dedication to city building and the creation of beautiful buildings.

I am a vegetarian and love eating out. This apartment is designed for my lifestyle. So the kitchen has a Vitamix – because I have a smoothie every morning! There is a Dyson vacuum because I love a clean space. Enjoy the Endy Mattress – because I love a good sleep! There is a Smart TV – commercials are yuck and Netflix is awesome! There is large desk and comfy rolling desk chair because I work from home (there is also a wireless Samsung Printer available). The couch is large and perfect for lounging! Wooden hangers because plastic is not my thing.
