Each season offers additional amenities , these are provided in full detail in your rental package . As well as additional house rules, pet rules , smokers policies and guidelines. House noise time is 11pm to 5 am weekdays and 2 am to 7am on weekends in are area. Internal house noise is restricted between 9am and 3pm Sunday- Wednesdays. Details are listed in your room packet.
PETS are limited to 1 dog only. No size ,weight or breed prohibited. Your dog must be house trained , must not dig ,jump over fencing, and must be on a leash off properly. No dog with aggressive tendency, bitting or tears up things will be promited . Your dog must be social and good with other dogs.. ( THC treats are made in this home for dogs)
There are cameras for security around the property external, and in the common areas 2x. No privacy will be violated . Security locks and privet keys are provided to each renter for individual security.
