Prime downtown location! Our charming abode is designed for business travellers and weekend getaways.

Stay in your own apartment where you will be surrounded by the city’s best restaurants, bars, spas, and art – the West Fourth Street Historic District in the Central Business District.

Park in your dedicated parking spot right at our entrance and enjoy our private courtyard.

We are a two block walk from Paul Brown Stadium and Duke Energy Convention Center.

The building was originally constructed in 1852 and still bears some of its original molding, plasterwork, and features. Your apartment has been completely renovated to include a number of premium creature comforts without losing its historic charm.

The apartment has an open floor plan that includes a living space, kitchen and dining area, and a spa bath.

LIVING SPACE
The livingspace is anchored by a contemporary white leather sectional sofa and accented by several vintage and antique tribal rugs that I have personally collected for their style, color, theme, age, and quality.

The living space is comfortable and well-appointed. Plush accent chairs provide many seating options, and the rolling drink cart supplies a modular surface from which you can work, prep, or serve wine. The open, light-filled floorplan is easy to live in and much cooler and cozier than any hotel room.

ART is EVERYWHERE – you’ll find plenty of it in your apartment and throughout the common areas of the house.

In fact, you’ll cohabitate with a collection of plants scattered throughout the apartment, along with musical instruments, art & history books, board games, and even my husband’s collection of early WIRED magazines (Fun fact: he was one of the earliest members of the team at WIRED and is even featured on a cover from the early 90s) Lots of personality in this apartment…

SPA BATH
Shower in the light of the morning sun in your own spa bathroom, a classical contemporary wet bath covered floor-to-ceiling in white porcelain and carrera marble. The oversized skylight allows you quite literally “shower in sunshine” and to look up at the historic architecture across the street.

Relax in total zen with a deep soak in our oversized jacuzzi tub with massage jets and plenty of room for two.

Connect your mobile device to the bluetooth bathroom speaker and DJ your own bubble bath. Listen to a podcast or a symphony recording after a long day.

Aromatherapy is part of the experience and we have the bathroom stocked with craft botanical body wash, shampoo, and massage oil. Basic toiletries are included and most of them are organic.

Plush bathrobes and slippers keep you comfy throughout your stay.

Spa services can be arranged at any of the many spas and salons in Downtown Cincinnati.

KITCHEN & DINING
The small kitchen is equipped with the basics and any other necessities can be made available to you on request. It’s equipped with two convection burners, a new super-quiet dishwasher, a small fridge, microwave, toaster, and hot water kettle for tea, etc. Pantry has some basic snacks. The kitchen can be stocked for an additional fee if we know in advance of your stay.

PARKING
You have the option of purchasing a dedicated parking space behind our back courtyard entrance, and any visitors can easily find metered parking on 4th street. It is $10 unless it’s a Bengals game day. The Duke Energy Center lot across the street is $15 a day, and it’s not nearly as convenient. Let us know in advance of your trip if you will need to utilize the dedicated parking space.

NOTE: Parking during a Bengals game does require an extra parking fee – because we are so close to the stadium. Please let us know in advance of your stay if you intend to remain parked during a Bengals game. If you are coming to tailgate there is no more convenient airbnb you will find for football game days, and if you stay and park with us you’ll be walking about 25 feet from your apartment to a tailgating spot that’s already been claimed for you. It’s pretty cool for football fans!

Apartment: You will have your own 3rd floor apartment and the foyer is common area.

Courtyard: You can share our private courtyard – a true oasis in the concrete jungle.

This property is in the center of downtown and still very peaceful and quiet.

You’ll be staying right on 4th Street in one of Cincinnati’s oldest mercantile neighborhoods known for its architectural beauty and variety: the West Fourth Historic District.

A perfect location for business travel, we are just down the street from GE, P&G, Western & Southern Financial, Great American Insurance. KAO is right behind our building.

Duke Energy Convention Center is a one-block walk.

Paul Brown Stadium is a one block walk.

This apartment is in the center of a major urban area with easy access to everything, yet isolated from much of the noise, panhandlers, etc that you will find at your door in other spots downtown like OTR and around Fountain Square.

This location is amazing for pedestrians! No need for a car here at all, but if you drive here know that you’ll have the option of purchasing a dedicated parking space ($10/night) behind our back courtyard entrance, and any visitors can easily find metered parking on 4th street or daily parking across from Duke Energy ($15/day).

NOTE: Parking during a Bengals game does require an extra parking fee – because we are so close to the stadium. Please let us know in advance of your stay if you intend to remain parked during a Bengals game. If you are coming to tailgate there is no more convenient airbnb you will find for football game days, and if you stay and park with us you’ll be walking about 25 feet from your apartment to a tailgating spot that’s already been claimed for you.

Uber’s office is on our block, and the positive benefit we receive as neighbors is that there are always uber drivers on our block. You’ll rarely wait for an Uber from this location.

Rent a Red Bike one block north at Duke Energy Convention Center. If you own a bike, we have safe storage for it here in our enclosed outdoor courtyard.

Our bus system is extensive and a good way to get up to Kenwood Mall, for example, if you are not coming with a car and need to get up there in the suburbs. Our location is literally surrounded by bus stops on each corner and we are happy to help you navigate our public transit system.

The closest streetcar stop (or as you’ll see it advertised “Cincinnati Bell Connector”) is at 4th Street and Main Street. It’s super fun to ride it to Rhinegeist Brewery, Findlay Market, and OTR’s Vine Street.

House Rules

Please leave the apartment as clean as you found it. Towels to be laundered can be placed in the basket at the end of the bed.

Even if you are checking in with the smart lock we ask that you still confirm with us your ETA on your day of arrival.

We understand accidents happen. Please tell us if there is damage to an object or the property so we can address it in a timely fashion.

Please refrain from cigarette smoking inside the building, on the fire escapes, or in the courtyard.

Please no candles. We have installed light dimmers for you to set the mood and provide aromatherapy products for fragrances you can enjoy.

We carefully manage access to our property. Guests of guests should be pre-approved with hosts prior to their visit to the property.

Unapproved overnight guests will incur an additional $200 fee per guest.
