Tvs in living room & all 3 bedrooms. Kitchen has service for 12 and most cooking utensils. Central air conditioning and forced hot air heat. Your private 2nd floor porch is a great place to relax and enjoy the park across the street.

This is a spacious & comfortable 2nd floor apartment in the Elmhurst section of Providence. It’s ideal for groups traveling together and is conveniently located right between Providence & Rhode Island Colleges & close to fantastic restaurants & the State Capitol. The porch is fantastic – It overlooks a beautiful little park. 1600+sf of living space with all the conveniences of home. 55” TV in living room. Each BR has a 32” TV with built-in DVD player.

Park View Apartment is located in the Elmhurst section of Providence – conveniently situated between Providence College and Rhode Island College.

The State Capitol building is nearby as well as Brown University, Rhode Island School of Design, and Johnson & Wales University.
Plenty of shopping at Providence Place Mall and the East Side. Fantastic restaurants and night life just a short Uber/Lyft ride away.

Stayed here with a few friends in mid-August for a weekend to celebrate my birthday. Everything from booking to check-in to check-out was painless and made easy by the host, Todd. Communication was a on point as I, along with my group, knew everything about the apartment from top to bottom which is important in COVID-times and face-to-face communication may not be inviting. Todd was able to virtually check us in and we were good to go! The pictures don’t do this apartment justice – for lack of better words, this place is beautiful. Everything was clean – I would have never guessed other groups have stayed at this apartment previously. It can comfortably accommodate 10-12 people which is awesome for larger groups. Another plus, we were not too far away from all the action in Providence and only about a 30 min drive to Newport.

I highly recommend Park View Apartment! If possible, I will probably be back at some point.

Apartment is inviting and super comfortable. Todd was easy to work with and made sure we had everything we needed. Great attention to kindness and detail. Cant wait to stay again

10/10 would recommend for anyone looking to stay in this area. Property was very nicely laid out and set up for our convenience. Host was very helpful from booking property to helping with suggestions on beaches, restaurants, and many tourist attractions. Very happy to have booked and will book again if I decide to return again.
