If all your cars don’t fit inside the gate,then people may park on Winnetka and you can pick them up from there (from thehouse go right on Winnetka and 1 block down there is free parking on both sidesof the street-between Calvert and Victory). DO NOT BLOCK THE DRIVEWAY. All cars must be able to get in and out of the driveway at all times BY LAW. Park how a valet would. Parking for large parties….Please request my event parking instructions in advance. Gate instructions…The phone to operate the gate is located on the kitchen counter as well as upstairs next to the bed. A double ring meanssomeone is at the gate. Press talk to communicate, ask who it is and then press 9 to open the gate. Press end to hang up. This phone only reaches to the hallway or the bar. It does not reach to the pool orwhite marble floor room. Rules…Do not move the plants. If a plant is found pushed into a wall or with broken leaves you will be charged.
