NUMBER ONE HOUSE RULE:
please let us know ASAP if something in the cottage is not working or missing. We strive to make a pleasant experience for our guests.
WHAT TO DO IF YOU CONTRACT COVID WHILE VISITING:
Because Omnicom is a more contagious variant if you do contract covid during your visit to Denver we appreciate it if you inform us so we can take a few extra precautions while you are staying with us and also for our cleaning process.
Please refrain from using the hot tub while actively sick and we recommend staying in your cottage until you are asymptomatic.
RENTING WITH DOGS:
• WE DO NOT ACCEPT PETS - no dogs, cats, rabbits, etc.
SMOKING - RECREATIONAL MARIJUANA & TOBACCO OUTDOORS ONLY
there is no smoking in the cottage, neither tobacco nor cannabis.
consuming any inhaled products (vapes, cigarettes, blunts, joints, bowls, etc) are strictly prohibited inside the cottage.
there is a $150 extra cleaning charge if the cottage smells of marijuana and or tobacco.
there is an airtight container in the to keep any product and or smoking accessories/ devices that might be putting off an odor, please use this container.
WHERE TO SMOKE:
the tobacco smoking section in the front garden has late-night hours but ask that the noise level be kept to a minimum.
cannabis can be smoked anywhere in the gardens and mindfully by the cottages (please not next to someone's open window).
- patio/gardens quite time 10pm-8am
CHECKING IN & OUT:
We try to be accommodating and flexible but we have a standard check-in at 4 pm and check-out by 11 am.
Please let us know if you are in need of an earlier check-in or later check-out time and if we are able to meet your needs we will certainly try.
What to do if you need to leave before your check-out date:
1. Please let us know that you are leaving early.
2. We ask that do not leave book guests or non-booked guests behind without you being here.
USE OF HOT TUB:
maximum people in hot tub 2.
NO non-booked guest in the hot tub booked guests only.
shower first - be clean and without oils to help keep with water clear.
no street clothes.
please use swimwear or in the buff only to avoid introducing clothing detergent into the water.
please talk softly in the hot tub.
*do not have more than 2 people at a time - the tub will overflow and water levels will become too low as well as in the winter it causes an ice rink on the courtyard.
USE OF GRILL:
please ask Giovanni about the grill so we can make sure that it is ready to use and that there is gas.
QUIET TIME:
there are other cottages on the property that have other monthly residences and we try to observe
M-F 10pm - 9 am quiet in the courtyard
SAT/SUN 11pm - 9am in the courtyard.
FRONT DOOR DURING THE WINTER
Please refrain from leaving the main inside door open with the storm door as the only door shut when the weather is under 55F.
The storm door is not insulated and quickly loses heat which in turn cools off the cottage faster.
WINTERS OUTDOOR FIREPLACE:
the courtyard has an outdoor fireplace for communal use.
please ask Gio bout the wood and lighting.
the fire is in front of one of the cottages so please remember to keep noise levels appropriate for the time of day.
RESIDENT PETS:
• no pets live in the Mulberry, Chickadee, or Willow cottage.
our cat and fish who live on the property are indoor-outdoor and live in our cottage.
the kitties are not allowed in the cottage.
Our kitty Moonpie will try and trick you into letting them inside the cottage

BEDDING:
both cottages have duvets as well as a mix of down and poly pillows.
please let us know ahead of time if you are allergic to down so we can make arrangements ahead of time to change them out.
