Accessory beds are futons, sleeper sofas, rollaway or inflatable to get max 17. Very comfortable green-built home with solar assisted radiant floors. Custom wood and tile everywhere. Three bathrooms have oversize custom tile-glass-block showers with benches.
Close to fine dining &/or groceries. Outside, a recreational paradise awaits. Halfway between La Pine and Sunriver, with easy access to Bend. Convenient to Newberry Monument, Mt. Bachelor, Crater Lake, Quail Run Golf Course, Sunriver Observatory and Lake County’s Oregon Outback.

*Â NO SMOKINGÂ in this home.Â 420 friendlyÂ private propertyÂ but smoke outside; ashtrays provided.
*Â PET Policy: Donâ€™t let dogs run free. Keep them off of furniture and bedsÂ & donâ€™t leave them alone in house.Â You can walk the pooch on site - follow the driveway north onto our adjacent lot, toward golf course driving range, staying behind our privacy fence. Clean up your dogâ€™s poops.
*Â Home is not childproofÂ - watch young children to stay out of dangerous areas like kitchen drawers, cabinetsÂ and pond.
* There is a manmade pond on site. Be careful to watchÂ children;. Do not let them throw landscaping rocks inÂ pond. It's only 3' deep.
* Home is on a septic systemÂ - do not flush unnecessary items (like disinfectant wipes.)
* Home usesÂ well waterÂ with a bit of iron in it. There are Brita filter water pitchers in the refrigeratorsÂ or bring bottled water.
* Garage housesÂ Motofantasy, a rentable motorcycle collection (Apr-Oct.) A riderÂ may come and go during your stay betweenÂ 9am andÂ 9pm. Traffic is minimalÂ and your privacy is respected. Guests often enjoy seeing the collection of some very unique machines.
* AÂ $100 security â€œauthorizationâ€ is runÂ to cover damagesÂ if needed.
* HOT TUBÂ professionally servicedÂ but use at your own risk relative toÂ COVID-19.Â 10:00 pm quiet time.

*Â PleaseÂ RECYCLE. Easy to put back in boxes they came in. Ideally, separateÂ them into depo$it recyclables, and other recyclables like milk jugs, and we will haul.Â Leave bagged or boxed anywhere (back porch or kitchen.)Â

Check Out Procedures:Â
1. Do not strip bedding or sheets; leave linens on bed. Pile dirty towels.
2. Wash any dirty dishes, and run dishwasher.
3. Upon departure,Â turn off accessory heaters and ceiling fans. Turn ON bathroom fans and leave bathroom doors open.Â (COVID safety) Thanks.Â
4. OK to leave unit unlocked for housekeepers. You can call or text that you've left.
5. If your group has moved furniture, tables/chairs, dishware, cookware, please replace it to where you found it before departure.Â
