Our Wicker Park Bucktown cannabis friendly apartment is fitted with trendy boho furnishings to a cozy home base in the hottest neighborhood in Chicago. This unit is on the REAR of the building and looks out onto a patio fit for entertaining – and the kitchen has skylights that let you gaze up to the sky! It comfortably sleeps 5 with two queen beds and 2 futons, and we’ve thoughtfully decorated each room so that you feel right at home. There’s a full kitchen – Dine in or dine out every night at the neighborhood’s fantastic restaurants. Ideally located for exploring the rest of the city – just a 10-15 minute Uber ride to most all sites the north side of the city offers. Centrally located between Wicker Park and Bucktown, it is a quick jaunt to downtown/River North and straight North on Ashland is Wrigleyville, only 10 minutes away. A 10 minute walk gets you on the blue line to take you into the Loop, and just over the river from Lincoln Park – book today!

The space
You’ll enter right into our large eat-in kitchen with a dining table. Off the kitchen is a washer and dryer and a full bathroom. In the other direction are a living room with a sofa bed, a bedroom with a closet and a door, and a sort-of-bedroom with a curtain that closes it off (there’s a ceiling fan in there!)

You’ll have full access to my apartment, and the shared patio in the back.

As a reminder we do not allow parties . If you throw a party, you will be asked to immediately vacate the property with no refund given. Our hope is that you can enjoy all the festivities the city has to offer and have our property as your “home base” for your visit. Please be respectful of our neighborhood and enter and exit the property quietly, especially late in the evening! I live close by and do watch over the house. I mention this only because some guests have booked my place and lied about their reason for their stay. We just want to protect our home and our neighborhors from any disruption.

Please be aware:
Potential for noise - There are 2 other units in the building. Quiet hours should be observed from 10pm-8am
The back deck is shared with all 3 units. Your individual unit is private.

Security deposit - if you damage the home or break any house rules you may be charged up to $500.

1. No cigarette smoking or blunts inside the unit. Cannabis is allowed to be smoked inside, but no blunt wraps. If smoking outside, please be considerate with your cigarette butts and garbage. These should be disposed of in the external garbage location and not inside in the unit.
No pets.
3. When checking out: do the dishes or load and run the dishwasher. Ensure all people and their belongings have been removed from the property and unit is locked by the designated check out time of 11am.

4. No parties or additional overnight guests without prior approval. Noise disturbances reported by neighbors or police are unacceptable and if throwing a party you will be asked to vacate the property with no refund.

5. Our pipes are delicate so NO feminine products or flushable wipes can be flushed down the toilet. Any instance of backup due to guest not following these rules will incur a $300 fine.

6.If using the back patio be considerate of others. It is shared with 2 other units, so you must clean up after yourselves. The grill is charcoal and the firepit takes wood. Neither is provided so if you plan to use then please bring supplies.
