1865 Historic Victorian 420 and pet friendly place for up to 8 adults in Bellows Falls, VT. Close to area hiking and skiing with a cool vintage cottage core vibe. Far from being stuffy. Guest have own private access to space and there is a large community room where guests hang out, eat, play board games along with a kitchenette for light cooking. Free parking onsite for up to 3 cars. Pet Fee per dog $100. Guest space is basically the second floor of the homestead.
Host lives on site in private quarters on first floor with onsite apothecary shop. Fun Creative Workshops available at time of stay, must be reserved at booking to learn how to incorporate 420 into tinctures, butters and more.

House Rules

While we are a relaxed bunch here, we do require our guest to follow all state rules as to use of 420 in the State of Vermont. I do not provide any to my guests.
Guest House Rules:
-Respecting quiet hours form 10pm-10am
-Removing of all garbage, opened foods from fridge, cleaning out coffee pot and bringing down garbage to outside garbage bin.
-Turning down heat to 50 degrees or A/C off
-Turning off all lights.
-Bringing down any used towels with provided laundry bag to front hall.
-Ashtrays must be used, no walking around with lit materials as this is an old wood house.

I’ve been a short-term rental host since 2018, welcoming guests from around the world through platforms like Airbnb, and bringing that same level of professionalism, comfort, and clear communication to Bud and Breakfast. I’m proud to share that Heart and Soul Vermont was the first Bed and Breakfast in Vermont to sign up for Bud and Breakfast, supporting intentional, 420-positive travel from the very beginning.

I’m also the founder of Heart and Soul Apothecary, with over 15 years of hands-on experience in herbalism, infusions, and natural wellness. My background blends traditional apothecary practices with modern, practical education—especially around cannabis as a plant ally beyond smoking.

During your stay, I offer 420-related workshops focused on:

Everyday edible and medicinal applications

Tinctures and alternative methods for mindful use

Practical tips you can confidently recreate at home
