We offer a daily ‘happy hour’ option at 6pm to hang out in the kitchen or on the back deck to smoke some cannabis together. If you are interested in this option, please let us know when you book!

Now for some details for your stay:

Our guest area is suited for two adults. Parties larger than two is not allowed without prior approval from us. Thank you for understanding.

We will provide a fresh bowl for your flower and will donate 1 gram per person per day for you to enjoy during your stay! We also donate a variety of cannabis gifts fr canna butter or oil, edibles and kief. Enjoy 700 square feet of living space on the first floor of our home. Bedroom, private bath, shared kitchen. Mike and I spend most of our time on the 2nd floor but love to interact with guests as much as you are comfortable. Must love dogs! Our two puppies are loving rescue babies. Complimentary breakfast items will be available for you to enjoy. We do not cook the breakfast for you, but we do provide eggs, pastries and cereals for you to enjoy. Infused olive oil or butter to spice up your eggs is available.

1 hour drive to Boston, about a 30 minute drive to Providence RI and a 10 minute drive to Worcester. Twin River Casino is about a 30 minute drive, Brimfield Antique Fair is about a 30 minute drive. There are also museums, farms, parks, Purgatory Chasm, and a Zoo all within about 15-20 minutes from the house. The large guest bedroom includes a queen size bed, a 40 inch flat screen smart tv with cable and all premium channels apps including Netflix, Showtime, Hulu, Disney+, and HBO max, a DVD player, a window A.C. unit and an electric fireplace. The freezer in the main kitchen fridge is stocked with quick munchies bites on a pay if you consume honor system. Full access to the shared kitchen that is stocked with everything you need to showcase your culinary arts! We also have a Keurig, a coffee pot and a coffee press available for your use. This was my fiancé’s and my first bud and breakfast experience, and we had an absolutely amazing time! The house was incredibly clean, and the hosts were so quick and helpful with their messages. We loved exploring the local hiking spots—Purgatory Chasm is definitely a must-see! There were also plenty of great food options nearby, which made our stay even better.
The THC goodies provided were such a thoughtful and fun touch—we loved them!
I’d also like to add that my fiancé is kind of socially awkward and deals with anxiety so when we normally book we don’t get places where the host stays as well but and however, Mike and Lisa made them feel so comfortable. It truly felt like home for them instead of feeling like “ sleeping at a stranger’s house” which was their words and thoughts before we got there ..Thank you, Lisa, Mike, and Jazz, I was blessed to meet jazz on our last day an she’s a angel. We’d love to come back the next time we’re in the area!

Staying with Lisa and Mike was exactly as described in the house ad. The house is in a great location, extremely clean, and the bathroom and bedroom were impeccable. Lisa and Mike’s company was wonderful (they were super helpful and gave us complete privacy, but we loved their friendship and company and asked them to join us). It was a day of laughter, happiness, good food, good drinks, beers and a bunch of joints! My partner and I wanted a last minute getaway for the Fourth of July. I messaged Lisa and Mike the night before, and they still made it work! When we arrived, Mike greeted us and showed us all of the awesome items they had prepared for us! There was homemade infused chocolate chip cheesecake bars made by Lisa, a bowl, two different kinds of greens, and a bunch of other necessities. They had snacks in the room, a mini fridge, a ton of information on local attractions, food, etc. The peanut butter and honey crackers are my new obsession. Mike sparked up with us and we had such a good time. Everything was very clean and they even had toiletries in the bathroom. We will be back to stay longer next time for sure!!

One of the best stays we’ve had! This was our first experience and it was amazing! Mike was so helpful from the moment we pulled in the driveway. This place is absolutely lovely. Mike and Lisa are amazing host and were very kind, friendly, and fun to hang out with! Lisa and Mike were super nice and very accommodating! We only stayed one night, but got a quiet, cozy, and “lifting” experience the whole time we were there. From the moment we walked in, Mike greeted us like old friends and gave us time to settle in before letting the dogs out to greet us! Jazz and Stella were such great company and loveable. Mini fridge in the private bedroom was stacked with all the morning essentials /snacks and the bathroom was very clean! Lisa joined us for the optional “happy hour smoke”, which turned into a great smoke sesh and story telling time. We will definitely be returning, as long as Mike and Lisa are hosting! We will be telling all of our friends about this hidden gem, so close to Worcester too!

Me and my brother went there the day before his 30th birthday and it was wonderful. Mike was fun to hang out with. My boyfriend and him chatted for hours as we all smoked joked and laughed. The dogos were super laid back and lovable. Later in the night we did a smoke session when Lisa got back which ended with us laughing our asses off once again. There was also lots of free goodies that we were allowed to take home. Both of us plan on going back as soon as possible.

This was my 1st bed n breakfast, let alone a bud and breakfast, I have always been weary.. but Lisa and Mike were absolutely amazing! I arranged this mini vaca for my BFF for her birthday, Lisa even helped out with letting me come early to decorate. life has been crazy hectic and all she wanted was a place to go and chill and smoke. This stay was just that, sooo relaxing, so absolutely worth it!! The whole stay was perfect .The goodies left by our new friends were such a treat, and absolutely scrumptious. We stayed here during the week of Halloween and our experience was amazing! Mike and Lisa couldn’t have been more accommodating. They gave us the run down of the best ways in and out of Salem, places to site see, good food spots and dispensaries, etc. We smoked and spent time with the hosts, they are incredibly nice and personable and Lisa made cheesecake bars that were downright delicious!!
To top it all off we got to spend the week enjoying some lovins for their adorable pups. Those babes were so so sweet and well behaved. 10/10 would recommend and we look forward to staying here again!!

Lisa, Mike, Jazz, and Stella were excellent hosts. Lisa was communicative throughout the entire lead up to the trip. She offered much appreciated information on local dispensaries. Mike was welcoming and accommodatiing with any and all of our needs. He was open to hanging or letting us do our thing. We definitely enjoyed his company both evenings we stayed. Jazz and Stella were just the cutest. Jazz is super playful and energetic. I could play fetch with her all day. Stella is a sweet, loving puppy who gives lots of kisses. Had an awesome stay with Mike and Lisa! If you are considering a Bud and Breakfast, I would definitely recommend staying here. We were more than taken care of! Check in was a breeze and there were delicious edibles, great bud and even some keif to smoke when we got there, totally amazed! The location of the house was perfect, just outside all the hustle and bustle, but centrally located to just about everything! I will absolutely be staying here again next time I am in the area! This B&B was the BEST!!! Lisa and Mike are super friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. From home-made edibles to the home-grown bud they provided, my mind was blown at their generosity. Everything was very clean, and we had a lot of space for just the two of us! Check-in is SUPER easy. I definitely recommend a happy-hour session during your stay. It’s worth it for sure.

This was my first B&B, and I have to say it will not be my last. The room and bathroom were very nice, and the bed slept great! The gifts we received upon check in was better than the description. The host Mike and Lisa were the most wonderful people and I am hoping to make this an annual trip. Both Mike and Lisa were the nicest, from making me feel welcome, to recommendations, to having someone to hang out with. Their 2 dogs were so sweet and I enjoyed playing fetch and giving the puppers lots of love. I needed to relax and this proved to be the ideal place for that very thing. The area is nice and quiet with picturesque views all through the town. Highly recommend! Best trip you could ever book!

Mike and lisa were great! We ended up getting there much later then planned due to Friday traffic and they were there to welcome us with some friendly conversation and helpful hints about places to visit over a nice little smoke. Lisa made some delicious goodies that waited for us, esp her pumpkin cheesecake muffins! Amazing! Their place was clean and welcoming, and they were kind and warm and super lovely and accommodating. We really enjoyed their company and then they left us to come and go as we pleased. We went to an awesome farm, found a great park to go for a little hike, a sweet vineyard, a few dispensaries, and an amazing place for dinner. My partner and I booked this b&b for our anniversary weekend and we could not have been happier with our stay. We werenâ€™t sure what to expect but we decided to book after reading the other great reviews. Mike and Lisa were amazing hosts! They were so friendly and accommodating. Communication was great before, during, and after our stay. They had a cute spread waiting for us in our room when we arrived that had flower, canna-butter and some edibles. I stayed here this past weekend with my boyfriend for a quick birthday getaway and I have to say it exceeded our expectations beyond measure! Lisa and Mike were wonderful hosts, extremely attentive, and have awesome personalities. Unfortunately our schedules for the weekend clashed as we were only there one full day, so we weren’t able to hang for a smoke sesh, but the chats we did get to have were excellent. The experience was something I will definitely be telling every smoker I know about! They offered recommendations on things to do, had 420 treats in our room upon arrival, and even gave us extra treats too! Also, the location easily accessible to all the main areas (an hour to Boston, and an hour to Plymouth where we went whale watching – highly recommend!). My husband and I (and our 1-year old chocolate lab puppy) highly recommend checking out this very inviting and comfortable B&B in central Massachusetts.Â The hosts, Mike and Lisa, are very friendly and extremely respectful of private space.Â Upon arrival, the welcome package was waiting for us in our room and was even better than promised!!Â Each day our hosts checked on us at a reasonable time (never too early or too late) and invited us to join them for a smoke session which we always appreciated and enjoyed.Â We even spent a day grilling with them and their happy pups to show our appreciation.Â There are also many great restaurants right in town and many more in Worcester which is only a 15 minute drive from the house.Â Dispensaries are abundant as well!!!Â Overall, it was a better living space, a much better experience and much more reasonably priced than any hotel will ever be!!!!!

Look NO further. this was the first time we ever stayed at a Bud and Breakfast. I am so happy that I found this adorable place. Mike and Lisa were amazing hosts, everything and anything you need they had it. Perfect get away to relax and enjoy on your own terms. Mike is very entertaining and full of great advise on where to eat, what to do, cannabis questions or concerns. Their two dogs were great. Poor Jazz just had surgery so we didn’t get to play with her much. Stella was fine with all the extra attention. Lisa is an amazing baker and her Chocolate Chip Cheese Cake Bars are to die for. Where do I begin? This was my first time staying at a Bud and Breakfast and it was beyond anything I could have ever expected. Mike and Lisa are absolutely FANTASTIC hosts with 2 of the most playfully adorable pups I’ve ever met. Lisa’s edibles are some of the tastiest treats you’ll ever get to enjoy. Their home is beautiful, sparkling clean, and incredibly welcoming. They made sure to provide every possible thing you could need or want during your stay. We never met Lisa and Mike before our stay but it quickly felt like we were staying with lifelong friends. Honestly if you were hesitant to book this place and came to the reviews to see if it was worth it, I stayed there with my gf for MDW and it was the best, most relaxing weekend trip I’ve ever taken. This year it rained literally all weekend but that did not stop us from having a great time in this beautiful home. Lisa and Mike are wonderful hosts and their beautiful dogs are one of the best parts about this place. They literally have everything you need and more. So accommodating, so nice, and great company as well. My gf is lactose intolerant and Lisa was kind enough to make her brownies with almond milk and had oat milk for us as well ! I will be coming back in the future, it’s an awesome place to stay at.

This was my first experience doing a bud and breakfast and let me tell you I picked the right place to start with! I originally booked this particular one because of the amazing reviews and I was not disappointed!! Mike and Lisa are super knowledgeable on flower and such and they made me feel like a long time friend even tho we just met. They have 2 amazing dogs who are super well behaved, the house is amazingly beautiful tucked into a quiet little street. The flower they gave us was insane and the cookies were the best I’ve ever had. I would recommend 10 out of 10 and I will def be going back because of their hospitality. I had absolutely never heard of a Bud & Breakfast before last week and was recommended to stay here by a friend. Lisa and Mike were great hosts and took care of everything I could have needed. This was an awesome experience, Mike and Lisa were awesome , the doggies were awesome they love to play. This definitely beats staying in a hotel by a mile . You can’t smoke flower at a hotel or around one. The edibles were so tasty . The area was great as we went and enjoyed whale watching then stopped into Salem . We went for our anniversary weekend, were very impressed with the friendliness of Mike and Lisa. They were extremely nice and the dogs were the sweetest ever! For our first bud and breakfast and I can say it couldn’t have gone any better! Mike and Lisa were such amazing host and we absolutely loved playing with Jazz and Stella. Ten out of ten would recommend to anyone. Mike and Lisa welcomed us into their home and treated us like family.

Great location! It was an easy drive in and out. We easily travel to Boston and back as if we were driving back home.

The dogs Stella and Jazz are the sweetest love bugs you could hope to meet. Can’t wait to stay again and dedicate a whole day of snuggling up with sweet Stella!

House was very clean and every thing we could need was provided. Extreamly comfortable and all TV needs met with premium channels and Netflix included. Also provides a mini fridge to keep drinks and food in.

We had the best time at a Mike and Lisa’s place. The house is in a quiet neighborhood that is a short drive from the city center and all its great dining and entertainment locations.

Mike and Lisa are awesome hosts. They are approachable, down to earth and will make you feel comfortable and welcomed. Lisa’s cookies are straight from heaven and Mike is experienced enough to take you on a safe, guided, 420 tour if this is a new experience for you.

The house was great. The description is spot on. Place is very clean and very cozy. You never feel cramped here. I’ve booked rooms before, ive stayed at a lot of places. This is hands down the best experience I’ve ever had where I had to book something. Everything was stellar! Including the dogs, Stella and Jazz. Such good puppers!!

Can I just say again how awesome this was? I feel like I’m not saying that enough. Lisa made the best cookies ever! Mike was so chill! It really was a dream come true for someone like me from New York. And my friend who I brought doesn’t even partake in the green stuff and she had an amazing time too.

I will be back to this place, so you peeps better book while you can because I’d love to have a permanent residency on Millbury Street!

My husband and I visited with our little rescue puppy, Ralph, and had an awesome time. Mike and Lisa were gracious, respectful hosts, and couldn’t have been more inviting. We stayed for a weekend, but could easily have stayed much longer. The fenced in yard was perfect for Ralph, and he loved meeting new friends, Jazz and Stella! It goes without saying that the weed was outstanding, as were the edibles and butter. All in all, it was a great stay and we would absolutely love to visit again in the future!

Let me start off by saying, this place exceeded all of my expectations! My boyfriend and I drove into MA for a small getaway from NYC. Mike and Lisa had weed, edibles, and canna butter ready for us. The place was clean and well organized and they were great hosts 🙂 we definitely enjoyed our night there and will be planning on a much longer stay in the future! On top of the weed and edibles being awesome, playing with their adorable pups was the icing on the cake 🙂 make sure you chose this place for your next stay!!!!!

My wife and I stayed this past weekend for our 13th anniversary and had the time of our lives! When we arrived the house was very clean and comfortable feeling! In our room was a note from Lisa and Mike greeting us and explaining that they would see us later! Along with the note was a bunch of goodies they had left for us! ( Only eat half a cookie at a time! LOL) Upon meeting Lisa, Mike, and their 2 beautiful dogs, ( Stella and Jasmine), we were greeted as if we were family! We spent 3 days and didn’t want to leave! We made new friends and we definitely plan on going back! If you want a place where the people are down to earth, treat you like family and you can enjoy yourself! Come here! You won’t regret it! We definitely didn’t regret it! Awesome people and place! Will definitely be going back!

So what can I say about Mike and Lisa’s Bud and breakfast? Well We’ve been in Mass for nearly 3 months now. This is hands down the best place we’ve stayed. What makes it so special is when your here you are treated like friends. Stoned or not stoned you forget it’s a hotel and your just hangin with your buds. That’s what this place feels like. Your just hanging with your buds. They have two wonderful dogs who are just lovers. Smart little hounds who play with you for hours. As for the bud? You will be high. Mike and Lisa know a lot about bud and the edibles are to die for. If you want a really chill few days sign up.

Wow, where do I start?? Mike and Lisa are the nicest people ever and really helpful. They recommended places that were amazing. The goodies they gave us were even better!! Lisa even went out of her way to make gluten-free brownies for me because I cant have gluten. Their dogs were literally the sweetest ever and TOTAL love bugs. The space was the cleanest accomadation we have ever stayed in. Not to mention the atmoshere is perfect for a smoke sesh. My fiance and I will definitely be staying here again!! And I would recommend them to any tree lover. Thanks for the awesome weekend!!

First time staying in a B&B and we are so happy that we stayed here. Lisa and Mike are awesome hosts! Their dogs are so adorable too! We stayed for a whole weekend and it was really relaxing. Lisa makes delicious butter and cookies. Wait till you guys try it. We had prerolls for the days we stayed. The place was really clean and quiet with an awesome backyard for my dog to hang out in. This place has everything that is needed. It’s better than my small NY apartment haha! I highly recommend this B&B and I look forward to staying again in the future. My wife and I stayed for the weekend as first time bud and breakfast patrons. We were nervous, but they made us feel welcome and right at home. Mike and Lisa were so nice and accommodating! We had driven in from NYC and when we got to this B&B, their home was cleaner and had 10 times the accommodations of the hotel we stayed in the night prior. We went away to have a relaxing vacation and were not disappointed. Love to you guys for all you do and give jazz and stella some good hugs from us!

Great visit with a nice mix of privacy and opportunity to chat and laugh with Lisa and Mike. Very welcoming, lights and tv on helping me find my way and fantastic goodies waiting. Such hospitality! It was comfortable clean and the sweet furry babies, Stella and Jazz are sure to warm your heart. The community is easy to get around and had some good eats…but those cookies Lisa! ????

What a great place to come to relax after being out and about! Lisa and Mike
are thoughtful and courteous hosts that offer their comfortable home as a place
to unwind at the end of the day, or just to pause and regroup in the middle of
it. They are very mindful of their shared space and are respectful of “your”
room and “your” bathroom during your stay.

There is a place to park your car. Both the bedroom and bathroom are spacious
and comfortable. There is a closet to keep your stuff out of the way. And there
are places to sit that accommodate various degrees of reclination to match any
state which you might have rendered your mind. Morning coffee is just steps
from your bed and the extra goodies they offer are even closer.

You could easily close your door if all you want is privacy, but I found Mike
and Lisa very easy to be with and really enjoyed the time I got to hang with
them. I enjoyed sipping my morning coffee on their back deck with the scent of
terpenes in the air when the breeze was right. Their dogs, Jasmine and Stella,
would excitedly come and say hi on their way to visit their favorite morning
patch of grass. Jasmine is happy if you throw her toy and even happier if you
do it again. Getting the Stella-seal-of-approval requires a little more effort
but is totally worth it. You will find yourself paying it forward with smiles
weeks after you’ve returned to your regularly scheduled life.

Lisa and Mike’s town, Millbury, is a relaxing town in central MA. It is just
outside of the the traffic of Worcester in a very peaceful neighborhood, yet
moments from on-ramps to take you on day trips to anywhere in the state. If you
are staying local, I recommend telling your navigation system to avoid highways
so that you see some of the beautiful scenery you’ll encounter on the back
roads.

Never been to a bed and breakfast let alone a bud and breakfast. For my first time experience, I loved it. Chose this spot due to the ton of positive reviews and location. Wasnt a far drive. So that was a plus.
The house itself was clean and beautiful and the space provided was more than enough. We also had more than enough amenities. Mike, Lisa, Jazz and Stella couldn’t have made my girlfriend and I feel more confortable and on her birthday weekend at that.
The cookies were on the money! And the prerolls were choice! We enjoyed a quiet, relaxing and very enjoyable weekend. We will definitely be back to visit them and the dispensary. We recommend anyone to give them a try. You will not be disappointed.

My wife and I have traveled the 420 friendly states and have stayed at bud and breakfast from Colorado to Massachusetts. Lisa’s cookies are the best we had. Mike , Jazz,andStella kept us company. Jazz is quite the athlete and Stella is a love bug. The house was clean the company was awesome and the complimentary butter and joints were the topper. Mike showed off his great heavy metal skills . We went to Good Chemistry in Worcester. They have a very professional atmosphere with some of the best cannabis I’ve seen since Colorado. I highly recommend those looking for a 420 friendly vacation to stay with Lisa, Mike, Jazz and Stella.

Mike (and Lisa although I only met her briefly as she was super busy with work) are excellent hosts! Very easy to find the house. The house has a very nice set up and is very clean and comfortable! Mike graciously answered any questions we had about the area and the Cannabis scene in the area. The pups were so much fun to play ball with and gave the best kisses! Our goodies were amazing!! Overall we had a wonderful stay and are looking forward to our next trip!!!

I am just coming back from one of the first and best potcations I have ever had in my life! Lisa and Mike made me feel so welcome and at home. Within about a half hour I felt we were old friends catching up. I came alone and had the best time with them. I have now found my new vacation spot that I can just jump on the train to and be in a completely different place of relaxation. Dispensary is only 10 mins away and the restaurants are really top notch. The house was spotless! The rooms are huge. Your own huge bedroom, bathroom and living room I mean it’s really just amazing. The pre rolls every day and treats are beyond great! The list goes on and on. They really are such great hosts and have everything down pat on what you would want or need. I can’t say enough about the two of them! Thank Lisa and Mike! I can’t wait to come back ????????????

Mike and Lisa are amazing hosts. My GF and I have now stayed twice and can’t wait to go again! They’re incredibly welcoming and easy to get along with. Their dogs are ever so friendly and playful! Prime location for exploring multiple dispensaries, including one opening in their town, soon. Truly a great experience all around staying with them! My boyfriend and I chose Lisa and Mike’s lovely bud and breakfast based on how much their profile stood out among the others. Their flair for hospitality jumps off of the page but the experience of actually staying with them was even better then we could have hoped for!
Their home is clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated – the pictures don’t do it justice. When we walked into the bedroom we were greeted with a healthy prerolled joint each, a brand new glass piece, some truly delicious medicated cookies, and even some cannabutter. It was so beautifully arranged and way more then we could have hoped for when we chose this location from the list that included cannabis with the stay. Personal touches like this were found everywhere in the home from the in room snacks, the munchies available for purchase in the freezer, the brochures/menus in the bedroom, or the toiletries available in the bathroom. This is a stoners paradise but with all the attention to detail of any high end hotel.
The hosts themselves were the biggest highlight of this location along with their adorable puppies. Lisa and Mike were warm and welcoming hosts and an absolute pleasure to talk to! They made it clear that the space was ours and they would stay out of our way but we had such a good time talking with them that the four of us hung out a few times even during our one night stay.
I can’t recommend their bud and breakfast highly enough. They were both so friendly and spending the night hanging out with them and their dogs was a pleasure. They made us feel like old friends and we will definitely be back. Thanks for everything!

Wonderful bud and breakfast!!
We just want to say how wonderful Lisa and Mike and the fur doggies welcomed us as family away from home. We felt so relaxed, comfortable and stressed free. We had the first floor all to ourselves except we shared the kitchen which we didn’t mind at all. Beautiful and well kept and nicely decorated the entired first floor. The bed and pillows were comfortable and at the end of the bed was a lounge chase comfortable for two for watching tv or enjoying the electric fireplace. Had a refrigerator and snacks in our bedroom. We enjoyed the host’s company and conversation. Lisa offered us some wonderful homemade soup since we drove in the snowstorm and we checked in around 7. We can’t wait to go back.

My stay with Mike and Lisa was amazing! I booked last minute and everything from booking to check in was perfect! There was tons of room to relax and enjoy my stay and their dogs were so friendly. Firstly I’ll stsrt by commending how easy the owners make the check in- doors open for you go on in and relax. The entire first floor of the home is ours to use for the time we stayed. The space was perfect. We had plenty of room. Our 90 lb dog was more than welcomed with a fresh bowl of water waiting for him. The bathroom is big and clean. The bedroom space is more than needed and perfect ! The room was stocked with waters and snacks and was so welcoming ! The prerolls he left us each day were nice home grown buds that tasted nice ! We went to check out the local recreational dispensary and loved that too. Insa inc it was called. We chatted and smoked with the owners and they were super cool. We absolutely loved the experience. This was our first b&b style experience and we felt at home completely ! Everything was perfect they even baby sat our dog and hooked us up with an in to an awesome show in Boston !!!! They were great hosts. Their space is way bigger than expected and had everything we needed and more. We can’t wait to go back !

We had an amazing stay at this B&B while seeing some concerts in nearby Worcester in November . Mike and Lisa could not have been more friendly, generous and accommodating. The space had all the necessary amenities. It was clean, quiet and very private considering the kitchen was shared. We look forward to staying here again on our next trip to the area.
