Quiet Hours: Please respect quiet hours between 11 and 7 to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.

Guest Limit: The maximum number of guests allowed is 8. Visitors are not permitted unless approved by the host in advance.

Respect for Property: Treat the villa and its furnishings with care. Any damages or breakages must be reported to the host immediately.

Shared Kitchen Use: Feel free to use the kitchen for light cooking. Please clean up after yourself and ensure that all appliances are turned off when not in use.

Check-out Procedure: Check-out time is 11:00. Please ensure all personal items are removed from the villa and the property is left in a reasonably clean and tidy state.

Environmental Consciousness: Help us conserve energy and water by turning off lights, air conditioning, and faucets when not needed.

Trash Disposal: Dispose of trash in the provided bins. Recycling guidelines are posted in the kitchen—please separate recyclables accordingly.
