Our cabin is cozy, providing ample room for families or groups seeking a peaceful, private retreat to unplug and be present in the woods. The interior features rustic decor and modern amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. Relax in the inviting living area, complete with plush seating and a stone fireplace perfect for evenings by the fire. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals with ease, and the dining area offers plenty of seating for gatherings.

Outdoor Oasis:
Step outside onto the patio and breathe in the crisp mountain air as you admire the surrounding wilderness. Sip your morning coffee as you listen to the sounds of birds or unwind with a glass of wine in the evening as you stargaze against the backdrop of the forest canopy. A grill is also provided for outdoor cookouts. Decompress in the hot tub. We have a children’s’ loft above the living area with plenty of room for reading, playing games, or hanging out. Roku TV / YouTube TV available or login to your streaming accounts/wp-contents.

**SPRING 2024 UPDATE**
We are new owners and have made improvements to give our guests a great experience–
– new carpet upstairs in bedrooms and loft
– kids loft above living area for reading, playing games and hanging out
– new paint throughout all the interior
– upgraded high speed internet
– outdoor hardscaping with a relaxing fire pit
– new hot tub (technically 4-person, but 2 adults is ideal)
– doors with wifi/smart code keypad lock for secure and easier access

IMPORTANT: the last .2 miles is an inclined gravel road. During winter conditions, there may be ice or snow. 4WD or AWD is strongly recommended for safely driving in these conditions.

We aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! Our wish is to help our guests create beautiful memories in our cozy home. For us to do so, we would truly appreciate it if you can follow these house rules--

1. No smoking inside the cabin. Patios and porches feel free.

2. No parties or events without host pre-approval

3. No unregistered guests

4. Keep noise to a minimum after 11pm. It carries from the back porch, patio, and fire pit.

5. Please wash dirty dishes or load/run dishwasher before check out. If dishes are not washed, extra cleaning fees may be applied.

6 .Parking is provided on the Upper Rawley Trail. This is a road used by others. Please parallel park along the fence line with the green guest parking signs.

7. Feel free to use the barbecue outside that is set up for our guests’ leisure use only. The BBQ is to be used by the guests who stay at the home. Turn off propane tank when done.

8. We may leave consumables such as condiments or unopened snacks. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.

9. Please do not rearrange our furniture.

If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges. Our neighbors have our contact info and will notify us if there are noise issues.

Lastly, because this is an bnb community, not a hotel, and is also our home, please be respectful of the property.
