Floor 1 features hardwood floors, a spacious L/R with Multi setting fireplace, 2 BRs, a nice size dining / kitchen combo, and full bath with jetted tub. The large lower level features a 4 in 1 pool table and another full bath – it’s a great space to hang out and have fun. Perfect for a romantic getaway, small girls /guys night, family get together etc. 4/20 friendly in the uncarpeted area of the lower level only. No cigarettes or black and milds are allowed!
This is the 1st floor of a two flat building. Bedroom one has a Queen bed. Bedroom 2 has a twin day bed with a twin trundle bed ( two twin beds). In the living room, there is a sofa bed ( taupe velvet sofa -queen size pullout). Please note: both bedrooms have window air conditioning units.
The living room and dining room have portable AC units. The lower level has fans. There is central heat.
Parking is available on the street for free. The driveway may also available for use if not occupied, and requested in advance.
