The house is large enough to accommodate up to 20 people very comfortably. If you need to accommodate more, the hosts say that additional bedding can be provided to make sure that all guests are comfortably. Like all Bud and Breakfast accommodations, weed is allowed. You are allowed to smoke both inside and outside. The hosts can provide cannabis if needed. There is also the provision of a vaporizer. While the hosts are pleased and encouraging of cannabis consumption, the only house rule is that tobacco is not smoked inside the house.

Mount Ashland ski resort is close by for the skiers in your party, but there is plenty to do in the Medford Valley otherwise. If outdoors is your thing, you can have fun hiking, biking, fishing, kayaking, mountain biking, swimming and whitewater rafting. On the indoor side of things, there is live theatre, casinos, museums, and plenty of shopping to be done in the town.
