Our ongoing comprehensive yoga retreat includes everything needed for total rejuvenation, clarity and transcendence. The yoga program includes fresh vegan fair three times daily focusing on raw and organic local fruits and vegetables. The fee of $55 usd/ day covers our all inclusive Yoga Rejuvenation Retreat which includes vegan meals, yoga, waterfall, cenote, chanting and meditation. Accommodation is complementary to the retreat program. We have one private room, or you can stay on our second story yoga deck under the big thatch in a tent with comfy foam mattress. Sheets, blankets and towels are provided. The entire place is for your enjoyment, with the exception of the kitchen as meals are provided. We do fruit in the morning with our famous chai tea available at 7:30 am. Yoga is at 10 am, and lunch is served at 1pm. Massage or hydrotherapy is available for an additional fee in the afternoon. A light meal is served in the evening. Join us in a beautiful environment for amazing vegan cuisine, and fun, spiritually charged and challenging yoga. Massage, hydrotherapy, and sound healing treatments support and deepen your experience. I would be glad to make a reservation for you! Everyone at the ashram is expected to join in the yoga sessions. DAY AT THE ASHRAM what to expect... Our schedule is somewhat flexible and subject to change without notice to meet the needs of the day or a particular project. MORNING 7:30 to 8 am... tea and preparation for meditation 8 am... chanting meditation, learn to chant the Morning Call 8:30 am... local fresh fruit for breakfast YOGA 10 am to noon... daily yoga practice, everyone must attend LUNCH 1 pm...vegan lunch, our main meal of the day AFTERNOON, time to get a healing massage, explore the many nearby attractions, Mayan Ruins, and spectacular natural features, go on an herb walk around the ashram, or how about a vegan cook out and Kitran under the stars at Rio Hon Pools?
