About the area:

Berkeley is a thriving up and come neighborhood. It has become one of the most trendy and sought after neighborhoods in Denver. Across the street you will find Berkeley Park which includes a lake, tennis courts, playground and indoor/outdoor pool at the rec center. One block away you will find 10 blocks lined with hip restaurants, shopping and bars.

Privacy:

We are available as much or as little as you like. We use the back door to come and go and you’ll be using your own front door so we likely will not see you during your stay. Your privacy is important to us. That said if you’d like any advice or suggestions on where to get something, great places to eat or fun things to do we are happy to help!

More About the Space:

This house was built in 1946 by Ray Jensen who was one of the people primarily responsible for the design and construction of the original Mile High Stadium. He built the house himself with the help of his best friend and carpenter (Jeremy’s great grandpa). The house has been in the family since it was constructed. It’s tutor inspired and thanks to great grandpa you’ll find built in shelves and a custom bar.

Everything has been updated but it maintains a cool vintage vibe with a drop in kitchen (sink, mini fridge, stove top and cabinet all in one), custom touches and a fireplace front and center (use with provided candles only please). Please note that there is no traditional oven and the AC is a window unit that will cool the whole space but is only installed during summer months.

This is a mother-in-law apartment and was built to be totally independent of our living space. There is a locked door separating the apartment from the rest of the home.
