Located in Southwest Denver only blocks from the famous Ruby Hill Park and the South Platte River bike trail as well as the newly constructed Levitt Pavilion AND only 15 minutes to downtown Denver, all of its major venues, and Red Rocks Amphitheater. Easy access to the mountains via either highway 285 to central and southern Colorado or I-70 to western Colorado and the slopes.

You’re getting the entire main level to use during your stay at this cannabis encouraged home. Accommodations include the living room with Alexa & SmatTV, full kitchen, 2 bedroom/1 bath + patio and grill. I think the mountains are calling you!

Make yourself at home. Have a toke and relax. Use the kitchen, the patio, or any of the space to be as comfortable as possible. Pipes, dab rigs, joint and blunt rollers are available to borrow. during your stay.

- Cannabis inside.
- Cigarettes outside.
- Must be at least 21 to consume.
- No parties.
- Smoking accessories provided.
- No children or infants. No way. Extra charge for children/infants is $100 per child per night.
-No pets. If you try and sneak a pet, the fee is $100 per night.
- It is illegal to consume cannabis without a medical card if you are under 21 years old.
-Quiet time between 11pm and 8am.
-If you break it, you buy it.
-No firearms or weapons in the house.
-Be honest in booking. If you book for a party of 4 or less and show up with a party of more than 4, expect to be charged $50 per person each night.
-Visitors are allowed, but if your visitor sleeps over, then the above rule applies.
-Check-in is after 2pm and check-out is promptly by 11am... additional charges of $20 per each 15 min after 11am may apply for late check-out without permission.
