Located on beautiful Vancouver Island, just 10 minutes from Duncan (~1 hour from Nanaimo and Victoria ferries), Hi-Point Guest Ranch, is a tranquil slice of paradise. Our 2000 sqft Loft, contains 2 bedrooms with queen beds, 1 bath with clawfoot tub and shower and a fully equipped kitchenette. Our guests may access our private lake and lake house. Our property has a short trail adjoining the Trans-Canada Trail, perfect for mountain biking or walking.

Additionally located on the property, over 1 km from the residence, is our Licensed Cannabis Farm. We offer educational tours, and are welcoming of responsible adult cannabis use, outdoors. We offer some smoking amenities for guests.

Smoking is welcomed outdoors or in the open-air lake house only please. Cannabis is not provided, but guests may purchase their own and consume on our private property. No lifeguard on duty, swim at own risk in our lake. Please be very cautious when smoking, as wildfires are common in our area in the summer.
