Stay in this cozy 2 bedroom home in the Historic Brookland area in Washington, D.C.

This space is perfect for 420-culture explorations, city exploration, romantic getaways, weekend escapes, solo and business travel. You’ll be just minutes away from the downtown area and numerous monuments of the District.

This house can also be rented out for 420 friendly events.

The Space:
Your modern stylist room includes a comfortable queen size bed with a Roku TV. Attached to the bedroom is a smokers den where you can relax on a futon and enjoy another Roku TV. The second bedroom has a queen size futon bed with a desk and chair. The full bathroom is right outside your door. Fresh towels and linen are provided. The first floor includes a full kitchen, dinning and living room.

Location/Transportation:
The apartment is situated between the Brookland/CUA and Rhode Island Ave Metro Station on the red line which a 10-15 minute walk from the apartment. Uber or Lyft will get you to most, if not all, of the downtown memorials, sites and night life in 20 mins or less!You will be 2 blocks from DC’s Capital Bike Share where you can rent bikes from a self-service kiosk to tour the city or just to get around.

The Neighborhood:
The Brookland neighborhood offers endless restaurants, bars and entertainment options all within walking distance. You’ll never be bored being located in the heart of the city.The Right Proper Brewing Company and Tastemakers, a former factory that houses local food vendors and a Ben Franklin themed bar are a stone’s throw away from the apartment.Just a 10 minute walk up the road, visit some of DC’s favorite restaurants at Monroe Street Market. This open air complex houses BusBoys and Poets, Brookland Pint, Starbucks, Chipotles, and much more!We even have a neighborhood head shop, Brookland Smoke Shop.

Parking:
There is plenty of free street parking in the front of the house. Read signs carefully to avoid a parking ticket.Out of town, medical marijuana patients are now able to purchase medical cannabis at DC dispensaries. Visitors with their MMJ cards from any State can purchase from local dispensaries.

We are local Washingtonians! We are here to make sure you enjoy your time in DC. Feel free to ask us for recommendations for sightseeing, tours, restaurants and things to do. We are your DC Cannabis Concierge!

- Cigarette smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Cigarettes can be smoked outside the home on the porch.
- No food is allowed upstairs. Please eat all food in the downstairs dinning room.
- No outside guest are allowed in the home without prior approval. No overnight guest who are not listed on the reservation will be allowed to stay.
- Please be respectful of the neighbors. No loud music and noise before 10am or after 10pm daily.

Late Check out:
Check out is at 11:00 a.m. There are absolutely no exceptions unless arrangements have been made at the time of booking. Those desiring to check-out later must communicate that at the time of the booking. If for any circumstance you stay beyond the check-out time, you be charged a late checkout fee of 50% of your daily rate. Under no circumstances can check-outs be later than 1pm, as other guests are arriving and the space must be cleaned. If for any reason you check-out later than 1pm, you will be charged a full day rate.

Lost Keys:
If keys are not returned at the time of check out, you will be charged a lost key fee of US$50. If keys are not returned within 24 hours, you will be charged a $200 change lock fee.

If for any reason you need to regain entry to the property due to misplacement of keys during your stay, you will be liable to pay a penalty charge of $35 to cover transportation costs for the property manager to let you in.
