1. Tub access is 24 hrs but please be mindful of loud music and voices from 10PM-8AM as per city noise ordinance.
2. Please shower of all lotions and oils before soaking.
3. Please drain the tub upon departure and turn off flash heater after every use.
4. Tub flash heater can go to any temperature you like but any higher than 104 degrees you are at your own risk!
5. Smoking/Vaping is only allowed outdoors. Please discard butts in designated trash area.
6. No illegal drug use allowed.
7. Please unplug appliances after use.
8. We are not liable for anything that happens to you during your stay or for any lost or stolen property. Please soak responsibly.

Nick & Lindsay Williams

We are a married couple originally from New York, NY and have lived in New Orleans, LA hosting and giving gracious hospitality to guests from all over the world when Airbnb first got off the ground in 2013. In 2020, we decided to relocate to the beautiful, quirky and relaxing city of Truth or Consequences, NM to enjoy the natural hot springs, the expansive desert landscape and the creative space that New Mexico offers.

We are both multi-disciplinary artists and internationally recognized entertainers who have performed on various Got Talent network TV shows and have also been featured as a unique performance art act in two Ripley's Believe It Or Not! hardcover books.

When we aren't traveling for work, we enjoy spending time with our two rescue dogs named Nova and Jupiter, riding horses, cooking and entertaining friends and family.

We are looking forward to sharing our love of the spirit of the Wild West, the City of Truth of Consequences, NM and the health benefits of our healing hot spring waters with you!
