No parties allow, no noise out side the house after 8pm, no gathering outside the house , no load music after 8pm , no trash outside the house, all use of pool house on guest responsibility, the homeowner will not be responsible if guest arrested or police called to the house , no refund in any case, guest will use all facilities amenities with their own responsibilities , pls watch street parking sign( car can be tow) home owner will not be responsible . Any guest that will not follow the house rules will be clear from the house on their own expense , home owner will not be responsible for any death , injuries, by any means/cost, guest will need to be respectful to neighbours around, pls note your language out side the house there is kids and nice neighbors , any damage to property will be on the responsibility of the guest that rent the house any fee or compensation will pay by guest. Home owner will not be responsible for any damage .

While it was in a nice quiet neighborhood, it did not seem like the house was newly remodeled. The description says cannabis was provided, it was not. The house wasn’t very clean. Microwave didn’t work, dishes were dirty. It had 3 bedrooms, not 4. One of the bedrooms had the mattress on the floor, no bed frame. The “pool house” is just a big dark room with a couple beds. The pool heater may not have been on. There was debris in the pool so we didn’t even try to figure out how to turn it on. All in all it was good, but not exactly as described.
