Exodus Retreat is nestled in the lush hillside directly in front of the golf course of the Jewels Resort and offers 180 degree panoramic views. A spacious home, it is an excellent choice for families and large groups.

The villa offers a spacious living area, a total of six bedrooms and baths, a penthouse suite (extra fee applies) and a large private pool. The interiors feature oak, wood and tropical fabrics and art.

4 of the bedrooms have king sized beds and en-suite baths. The other 2 bedrooms are non separated and each have full size beds which, together with all other beds may be converted from one size to another one if desired and shares a bathroom .

The villa, also, boasts a penthouse suite with private entrance, balcony, loft, ocean views and a kitchen.
Perfect as a wedding suite and can also fit a full family.

Of special note is the exceptional and dedicated long time staff at this villa who have truly mastered the art of pampering without intrusion. Indeed, Steven is not only one of the most helpful groundsmen on the island but in our family as well.
Private residential beach access & local Flavors beach within a 12min walk for guest’s enjoyment. The famous Porto Seco Beach is about a 12 minute drive from the villa & a long list of famous excursions and attractions are located within 40min drive.

Bud and Breakfast holds the BEST DEAL ONLINE $420/night and includes exclusive right to the Villa and 4 out of 6 bedrooms, sleeping up to 8ppl, full staff of a private chef doing all your cooking, a housekeeper doing daily cleaning & a groundsman who will serve you bud, exclusive access to the pool and beach passes for free access to the residential private beach 12 min walk away.
More bedrooms are available for rent which may fit up to 16 guests, if interest in renting the Villa for more than 8 ppl, please inquire about the price.

When considering budget, please consider the three G’s as well:

Groceries (we help you pre-order groceries, average cost is $25/person/day for 3 meals)
Gratuities (is at your discretion, however 10% of the Villa rent is suggested)
Ground transfers ($100/4 ppl from the airport to the Villa for a 60min ride, more than 4 ppl, $20/person)

We love to help you plan ahead. Any excursions you may be interested in, visits of the Kaya Herb House, Bob Marley Museum etc, we will gladly help you prepare your trip in any capacity you want.
For very large groups or wedding parties there are quite a few nearby villas and a smaller hotel located in the same prestigious Cardiff Hall area which may be combined with the rental of Exodus Retreat.

My husband and I booked the Villa all to ourselves for ten days – our first time in a villa and in Jamaica – and our vacation was amazing! We absolutely loved the villa and the staff were all very attentive. The Villa was truly beautiful, very clean and well-maintained, and meals were absolutely delicious. We were well-stocked in ganja which added to the feeling that we were in paradise.

Coordination of details and activities between the host, the driver and the tour companies was excellent – we felt very well taken care of. All of our activities were booked and arranged in advance, and the details of the costs were very clear and accurate. Chris, who was our driver for all except one activity, was especially helpful and he showed us some really cool sites during our drives with him. We feel he was a perfect guide, and even the one day another driver drove us, he too was a pleasure.

We booked Villa Exodus because we wanted the trip of a lifetime, and that’s exactly what we got. Thank you!!
