No third party bookings considered. Because of shared living spaces, registered guest must be female and willing to participate in safety measures (it's a big city!) by keeping doors locked, windows secured etc. Shared kitchen for light cooking provided clean-up is completed within 30 minutes. Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. Only confirmed guests in the house and no illegal activity, including internet activity using host WiFi, will be tolerated.
