The Cannabis Cottage is a cute, cozy little love shack located on the NY/MA border, ten minutes away from the closet MA dispensary in Egremont, MA, with seven other dispensaries within a 20 minute drive. 🙂 It has a full kitchen and is walking distance to tavern/restaurants and a brewery. There is a full service grocery store across the street, ample parking, and the Harlem Valley Rail Trail just steps away. It is 3 miles from Catamount Mountain Resort that offers downhill skiing in the winter and a ropes course and zip line in the spring/summer/fall.

The cottage is located on the property of the historic Mount Washington House, a Second Empire Mansard Victorian named on the National Register of Historic Places in 2010.
