This spacious smart-home boasts a prime location in Denver’s trending “RiNo Art District”.

Color-changing Philips Hue lights throughout the house, SONOS speakers in each room, Nest thermostat, Ring video doorbell, Schlage SmartLocks, and Alexa voice-assistants in each room provide hands-free convenience and tech-savvy luxury.

THE MAIN LEVEL of the home features an outdoor gated hot tub area, which is private. The hot tub gets serviced every Monday, so the water stays clean and professionally treated. The living room on the main level is equipped with a 55-inch SmartTV, gas fireplace, and an open-layout that’s perfect for entertaining groups of all sizes. Bedroom #1 is located on the main level as well, which is set up with a California King TempurPedic bed, leather sofa, upright piano, and 50” Roku SmartTV.

THE UPPER LEVEL of the home is where 3 of the 4 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms are located. The Master Bedroom Suite is equipped with a California King TempurPedic bed, and also a Queen memory-foam bed. The master bathroom features an XL soaking tub, and stand-alone shower with rainfall shower head. (Toiletries are included as well, namely shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.)

Bedroom #3 features a California King TempurPedic bed, 40” SmartTV, Dyson fan and HEPA air purifier.

Bedroom #4 features two twin memory-foam beds, plus an optional twin rollaway bed.

THE LOWER LEVEL in the home features a game room and theater room. Also set up in the lower level are two sets of bunk-beds; the mattresses on the bottom are Queen size, and the mattresses on the top of each bunk-bed are Twin size.

17 people can sleep comfortably on real beds. There are four couches throughout the house which can also be utilized if members of your group prefer not to share a bed.

GAME ROOM boasts a pool table, roulette table with mahogany wheel (also set up for craps and poker), “Pop-a-Shot” dual basketball game, Marshall mini-fridge, Yamaha Clavinova upright concert piano, and a collection of acoustic and electric guitars.

THEATER ROOM is set up with a 128-inch motorized projector screen, Bose speakers, Yamaha HD receiver, and Epson HD projector. The sectional couch in the theater is so comfortable that once you sit down you will not want to get up. Windows have been blacked out, and black-out curtains have been installed so whoever is watching a movie in the theater won’t bother whoever is playing games in the game room.

HEPA air purifiers are set up throughout the house.

There’s a printer/scanner/copier on site in case you need to print out boarding passes or concert tickets.

Door codes are changed after each group, so you can expect a high-attention to detail when it comes to privacy and security.

Directly across the street from the home is Historical Curtis Park, which is Denver’s first park (Est. 1885). The park has basketball courts, tennis courts, and a huge swimming pool. There’s also a playground, and horseshoe pits… basically it’s like having the biggest backyard ever!

Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and entertaining. If you plan on cooking and require a crock pot, cold-pressed juicer, BlendTec blender, and/or charcoal grill (for outdoor use only), let me know in advance and I’ll have them stocked up prior to your arrival for no additional charge.
