Boulder, Colorado, is the perfect place for your next 420 holiday. The question isn’t “what can you do in Colorado?” as much as “What can’t you do?”

Hiking, biking, skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, swimming, horse riding, fishing, kayaking, and mountain biking are all things that Boulder residents are keen to do. For the more relaxed traveler, there are museums and live theatre performances to see. Boulder is also known for it’s thriving farmers markets and locally produced natural food scene.

Boulder is also known for having a vibrant yoga and meditation community. You’ll be able to explore all sorts of alternative therapies, mindfulness practices, and eastern philosophies. There are over 40 yoga studios in the small city of Boulder alone, and each of these offer a different flavor of yoga and meditation.

There is also a great public transport offering, and you can get into Denver easily. Denver also has a lively marijuana scene, and there are plenty of museums, art exhibitions and shows to see. The larger city is only a 45 minute drive from Boulder, and it’s worth taking the bus to Denver for the culture and art scene alone. Nobody has to drive in Boulder, that’s for sure!

Where to Stay

This Victorian penthouse is located walking distance from the notorious Pearl Street, and it is also just one block away from the nearest pot dispensary. We love the fact that you can relax with a glass of wine on your own private deck with panoramic views of the mountains.

According to the host, you are welcome to use edibles in the house, and you can use a vaporizer to consume marijuana outside on the deck if you like. You’ll have your own private kitchen in which to create your own meals if you like.

Bud and Breakfast has a number of other 420 holiday rentals listed, so there really is something for everyone when you plan to visit Boulder.
